Refunds may be issued in cases such as duplicate payments, payment errors caused by technical issues, service cancellation before booking confirmation, or incorrect billing due to system error.
2. Non-Refundable Payments
Refunds will not be issued for completed logistics services, subscription or membership fees, delays caused by external partners, or user booking mistakes.

To request a refund, contact us with your transaction details within 7 days of the transaction date.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
